How do I find out who gave me the "RED" reputation, I am a harmless person not making any personal comments on anybody in this forum, wonder why someone gave the red to me . hI ATTY I am working under an h1b visa right now as of 2011. But i had a previous petitioned by another employer way back 2006. There was an I-140 filed but it was denied and I never heard from my petitioner then. I do have the USCIS copy and case number. Can I look for another employer and atty that could reopen the case?? Please help me. Thanks

My fiancee is from Tijuana, Mexico and she has two children aged 11 and 14. They all have BCC laser visas, which allow multiple crossings into the US. I am a US citizen and live in San Diego, 25 miles from the border.
Here's my concern: her 14-yr old daughter will turn 15 on Jan 8, 2008, at which her BCC visa expires.
If my fiancee and I get married after the expiration date of her daughter's visa, and I file for the family-based adjustment of status I-485, will that affect our application process?
In other words, do my fiancee's and her children's BCC visas need to be current in order for their applications to be approved? Will the daughter's visa need to be renewed before we can move forward? :confused:

can someone help me.
I am applying for H1 visa to the US. I got my passport in my graduation. So i donot have the ECNR clearance. So please can someone tell me if I will have a problem before applying or should I get it done now and then apply. I however have the Canadian visa stamped on the passport.

Any advanced degree petitions received from here on out will count toward the regular cap of 65,000. The USCIS is still accepting petitions at this time, but it is advised that any H-1B petitions be filed as soon as possible as the USCIS could announce that the cap is closed at any time.

Hi,
I have changed to a new employer using AC-21 recently. I have pro-actively sent AC-21 documentation (new offer of employment, covering letter and supporting docs) to USCIS. Ever since, I am checking my case online. Its about 3 months now that I have sent this info and there has not been any update/LUD on my 485 case so far. I am not sure if my I-485 case has details about my new employment.
I am currently doing my EAD renewal. I am thinking if it will be possible to indicate to USCIS about my new employment. Can you please advice on -
a) if it is wise to do so?
b) How can it be done?
